Wild Walks are a great way to experience direct connection with the healing power of Nature. It’s an opportunity to step out of your daily routine and into a world of peace, beauty and wonder. I will meet you at a predetermined open space where we begin the session with a brief check-in. From there, we find a nearby trail to wander out onto the land for a mindful hike. We pause along the way at various milestones to check in with the senses to deepen connection into yourself and the wild lands. People find this peaceful and nourishing, allowing the defenses and stresses of everyday life to soften. From there the journey is open, guided by what naturally arises in your psyche and what may greet us on the land. Perhaps a Red Tail Hawk flying overhead has something to tell you or stunning vista of the Monterey Bay stops you in your tracks. Each have their messages in the conversation. Upon return from our hike, the day ends with a check-out, where you will be supported to clarify insights from the day and generate concrete steps to incorporate into your everyday life. People are sent off feeling refreshed, satisfied, fulfilled from the day, with new skillsets to incorporate nature connection into their overall health and well-being.
